All sessions are 50 minutes long and can be conducted either at our Grose Street practice, via Zoom, or via Telehealth.
All sessions are by appointment only so simply get in touch with us to make an appointment. A referral from a GP is not required for your appointment unless you wish to claim a rebate from Medicare.

Fees are payable at the time of consultation and can be paid by credit/debit card or cash.
Fees:
If you have a Mental Health Care Plan from Medicare you will be entitled to a rebate of $88.25 which we can process for you at the time of your session. Please present your referral paperwork at the time of your initial session or alternatively you can email it to us prior to your session.
Workers Compensation:
Fees are payable by the Insurer in most situations. The Case Manager’s contact details are required to confirm approval prior to your session.
Victims Services:
Fees are payable by Victims Services and documentation to confirm your eligibility is required prior to your session
We appreciate that unexpected events can arise and as such that you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment at short notice. Please be aware that as a result a cancellation fee will be charged:
Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of $100 if we are unable to fill your session time (we always endeavor to fill these ASAP).
While we will always try to fill a session if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, if we are unable to fill the session you will be charged the full session fee.
Please let us know as quickly as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your session.
We have found that clients can often be unsure if they’re eligible for a referral or a rebate from Medicare or similar. There are a number schemes in New South Wales and Australia that may give you access to assistance with your payments.
We’ve outlined a few of the common types of referrals here, but if you’re unsure, please contact us.
Medicare has a number of schemes and rebates available. Please speak to your GP, psychiatrist, or paediatrician to see if you’re eligible.
Private Health Insurance often pays for all or a portion of psychology fees. We suggest contacting your insurer to find out about your policy.
SIRA, WorkCover, and similar claims are often different depending on the claim. We suggest speaking to your insurer or your doctor.
The Department of Veterans’ Affairs allows Gold or White DVA Card holders to access psychology services free of charge. You will need to get a referral from your GP.
Victims Services NSW offers free counselling to victims of crime. You can apply on their website.
All sessions are completely confidential. Your privacy is protected and we will not disclose any information about you to anyone else.
However, there are exceptions for when a psychologist is mandated by law to breach confidentiality. If we have concerns for your safety or the safety of someone else, we are mandated to act upon this information and report it. If we are served with a subpoena from a court of law, we are legally required to provide information requested pertaining to the matter.
We always endeavor to discuss with our clients if there is a situation arising in accordance with the above. All actions taken will be communicated to you by us to ensure transparency.
